Raghav discovered his passion for law early in his career. His journey as a lawyer began amidst the bustling courts of India, where he witnessed firsthand the complexities of the legal system. Before joining RSG Law, Raghav was a Senior Associate with a prominent law firm in Delhi specializing in contractual disputes and intellectual property cases.
After completing his equivalency requirements, Raghav completed his articles with the firm before returning as a member of the Civil Litigation group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and dispute resolution encompassing a broad range of complex corporate and commercial matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes.
Raghav has received several accolades during his practice in India including an award from the High Court of Delhi on World Intellectual Property Day. Outside the office, you'll likely find Raghav on the golf course, unwinding and embracing the challenges of the game. Golf, he says, has taught him valuable lessons in patience, perseverance, and strategic thinking—skills that complement and contribute to his legal practice.
