After completing the Dual-JD program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy, Vikram articled for a leading insurance and construction firm based in Vancouver. He then spent three years practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law for a boutique firm in Toronto, where he litigated relentlessly on behalf of his clients and their families and achieved superior results with respect to Accident Benefits and Tort damages awards.; Vikram spent the next three years practicing insurance defence law while working as in-house counsel for one of Canada’s leading property and casualty insurance companies. Here, he litigated various bodily injury and property loss disputes and played a key advisory role to the claims department. Through his years of practice, Vikram has developed extensive experience in Small Claims, Superior Court, Arbitration and Tribunal advocacy. Notable decisions include:

With a wealth of experience on both the plaintiff and defence side, Vikram brings a unique perspective to personal injury and insurance claims and always strives to achieve the best results for his clients. Since joining RSG Law in 2022, Vikram has expanded his civil litigation practice and now represents clients with respect to construction, corporate/commercial, employment/labour, and real estate disputes.

He is a licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario and in his free time, Vikram enjoys working out, playing baseball, basketball and golf.
